A pending order is not confirmation of payment. Check the order’s current status before trying again. If payment failed, use the order’s payment instructions or contact us. Do not submit repeated payments to troubleshoot a missing email.
I cannot find my order email
Check your spam folder and the address used at checkout. Contact support@pawpampering.com with your order reference if available, so the purchase can be checked. Do not send passwords, card details or completed worksheets.
My filled-in PDF did not save
Download the file first and open that saved copy in a PDF reader that supports fillable forms. Enter one short note, save a new working copy, close it and reopen it. Confirm the note remains before completing more pages. You can print instead.
Where is Night & Crate?
It is included inside the Puppy Potty & Accident Reset Toolkit on pages 12–13. There is no separate purchase for it.
Can you assess my dog or provide a consultation?
These products provide working documents, not individual veterinary or training consultations. Contact a veterinarian or appropriately qualified professional for advice about your dog. Our contact route is for purchase and file-access questions.
