What you are buying

The product page identifies the contents, format and price of each item. Our current digital packs are downloadable PDF files. A digital purchase does not include a physical book, an app, a consultation or a subscription.

Payment and delivery

Review your order and final total before paying. Digital download access is provided after payment is confirmed, through your order confirmation and order email. Use an email address you can access and keep your order reference. Read download help.

Using your PDF

Save a working copy. For digital entries, use a PDF reader that supports saving forms and test a short entry before completing the file. You may also print the pages you need. The packs are supplied for personal use. Keep completed records private and share relevant observations with the professional helping you.

45-day digital refund

If your digital purchase is not useful, email support@pawpampering.com within 45 days of purchase with your order number or ordering email address. No explanation is required. Refunds go to the original payment method; bank processing time varies. You do not need to send completed worksheets. Read the refund policy.
