Where is my information stored, and who can see it?
Your saved feeding instructions, observations and household contact details are stored on PawPampering under your purchase account. The tool checks sign-in and purchase access on the server before loading or saving records.
Use a strong account password and do not share it. Downloaded PDFs and backups are not encrypted by this tool, so keep them private and share them only with the caregivers who need them.
Order and payment information is handled separately through the store. We do not claim that any online service is risk-free.
What exactly do I receive?
The eight-page PDF guide and access to the online Food-Smart tool through your purchase account. Your four bonuses are Weekly Record Review, Food Supply Planner, Feeding Station Planner and Food Label Studio, all included at no extra charge. Open them through your purchase account. No printed book or physical items are shipped.
Can different caregivers update it from their phones?
Keep one editor active at a time. Your saved account record loads when you open or reload the kit. It does not merge simultaneous edits. Give caregivers a checked PDF instead of sharing your account password.
How do I keep my records?
Save records to your signed-in account and wait for the confirmation. Download a separate dated backup when you finish. The guide explains how to restore it without accidentally replacing newer work.
Will it tell me what or how much to feed?
No. Enter the instructions you already follow. This kit does not calculate feeding needs, assess food safety, diagnose symptoms or stop pets reaching each other’s food.
Is it only for homes with both dogs and cats?
