Contact us at support@pawpampering.com.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and are the price shown at checkout.

Shipping on physical products is free. Your bank may charge a fee for paying in a foreign currency, and some countries charge import taxes or duties on arrival. Those are between you and your bank or your country, not us.

Payment is taken when you place your order.

Some products have a launch price for a limited number of buyers. When that number is reached, the price goes up. The launch price is only guaranteed for orders completed while it’s showing.

If we list something at an obviously wrong price because of a mistake, we’ll contact you before shipping and you can choose to pay the right price or get a full refund.

Digital products

Guides and printables such as The Shedding Season Plan are delivered as PDF downloads. You get the download link as soon as payment goes through, on the order confirmation page and by email.

They’re for your own personal use. You’re welcome to print them for your household, but please don’t share, resell or republish them, or upload them anywhere others can download them.

If a download link doesn’t work, email us and we’ll send the files again.

Physical products

Our grooming tools ship directly from the manufacturer. Delivery takes longer than it does from big retailers like Amazon, and each product page tells you what to expect. Tracking is emailed when your order leaves the warehouse.

Please check your shipping address at checkout. Once an order has shipped we can’t change the address or recall it.

Product photos show the product as accurately as we can, but colors can look slightly different on different screens.

Refunds

Our Refund and Returns Policy is part of these terms. Digital products have a 45-day, no-questions-asked refund and you keep the files. Physical products have a 45-Day Money-Back Guarantee from delivery. The Pet Hair Removal Glove, Snuffle Mat, Lick Mat and Sniff & Lick Set offer a 45-day money-back guarantee. No return shipment is required. See the refund policy for damaged items, replacements and missing deliveries.

Grooming guidance, not veterinary advice

Our guides, quizzes, emails and product pages describe how coats behave and how to care for them. They’re not veterinary advice and can’t diagnose anything. Use tools gently, stop if your pet seems uncomfortable, and talk to your vet about anything that worries you, especially skin problems, bald patches or sudden changes.
