Digital products: 45-day refunds

If your digital purchase is not useful to you, email support@pawpampering.com within 45 days of purchase for a refund. No explanation is required.

Send your order number or the email address used to order. You do not need to send completed worksheets, private pet records, passwords or card details.

How refunds are returned

Refunds go to the original payment method. The time until the money appears depends on your bank or payment provider.

Bundles and separate items

Each item is covered by the terms that apply to it. You can request a refund for one part of an order; tell us which item.
